Q: What's your return policy?

A: All sales are final. We don't do returns or refunds, so make sure you love it before you buy it!

Q: What if my item is damaged or you sent the wrong thing?

A: Our bad! We'll definitely make it right. If your order arrives damaged or it's the wrong item, we'll exchange it for you.

Q: What if the size is wrong?

A: Yep, we can exchange for a different size. If the fit isn't right, we've got you.

Q: How long do I have to ask for an exchange?

A: You gotta be quick! You have 2 days (48 hours) from the moment your package is delivered to hit us up. After that, we can't process an exchange.

Q: How do I start an exchange?

A: Easy. Shoot an email to trendystich01@gmail.com or whatsapp 9463469395 with:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. What's wrong (damage, wrong item, size issue)

  3. A photo/video of the issue (this is a must-have!)

Heads up: We can only exchange stuff that's brand new. That means unworn, unwashed, and with all the original tags still on.
